Our Work

Since its beginning in 1985, Marketplace Properties has developed and/or redeveloped 25 neighborhood retail shopping centers. It has also been a capital partner in 27 multifamily developments and 15 industrial/office developments. Marketplace’s developments and investments are nationwide in the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Ohio, and Texas.
