Michael Rue
FOUNDER & CEO
Mike Rue founded Marketplace Properties in 1985. He previously served as Assistant General Counsel at Vons Grocery Company and as Executive Vice President at Westar Associates.
Mike earned a B.B.A. from Loyola University, Los Angeles and a J.D. degree, from Loyola University School of Law.
He has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Xavier University, New Orleans and Loyola Marymount University.
Michael has been member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), Vistage, the California State Bar and is a California Real Estate Broker.
J. Casey Rue
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Casey Rue has worked for Marketplace for over 25 years. During that time has held the roles of Project Coordinator, Property Manager, Construction Manager, Director of Acquisition to Chief Operating Officer.
Casey also founded and was CEO of Common Areas, a software company focused on commercial real estate operations.
Casey has been a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), Vistage, and CCIM Institute.
